Pooja, it is also called Poojai, a sacred Hindu ritual, is an integral part of Indian culture and tradition. It is a devotional ceremony that involves worshiping deities, offering prayers, and seeking blessings. To facilitate a smooth and meaningful pooja experience, here are some steps we follow on your behalf:

  1. Choose the Temple where you want to offer your prayers
  2. We designate a learned priest of that temple to perform pooja to the deity
  3. We gather, and if required make all required items, puja samagri (worship materials), flowers, fruits, and prasad (offerings).
  4. The designated temple Priest will make a sankalp as per you wish for
    • Success and prosperity
    • Good health and well-being
    • Spiritual growth and enlightenment
    • New beginings and milestones
    • Marriage, birth, new ventures
    • Protection and safety
    • Overcome challenges and difficulties
    • Personal growth and self improvement
    • Guidance and wisdom
    • Peace and happiness of near and dear one in the family
  5. Temple Priest will invite the deity to accept your worship through a prayer or mantra.
  6. Make offerings of flowers, fruits, and prasad to the deity.
  7. Recite prayers, mantras, and shlokas to invoke the deity's blessings and perform the prescribed pooja
  8. Perform aarti (waving a lit lamp) to conclude the pooja.

We at SACRED TEMPLES OF BHARATH follow these steps and facilitate a meaningful and enriching pooja experience, connecting you with the divine and bringing peace, prosperity and happiness to you, your family and near and dear ones.
